Isabela Ferrer, who portrayed the younger version of Blake Lively’s character in It Ends With Us, is accusing Justin Baldoni of using legal tactics to “harass” her amid his ongoing court battle with Lively.
According to People, Ferrer’s legal team filed a rebuttal to a motion Baldoni submitted on August 12, in which he claimed the actress had ignored a subpoena. Ferrer’s attorneys argue that the filing was made “for improper purposes and with the aim of harassing” her.

The dispute traces back to February, when Lively subpoenaed Ferrer for any relevant communications connected to her sexual harassment case against Baldoni. Ferrer’s lawyers say Baldoni’s company, Wayfarer Studios, was contractually obligated to cover her legal costs but failed to do so. Instead, they claim Wayfarer offered payment only if Ferrer allowed them to control her response—preventing her from producing documents that might, in her words, “reveal the true facts.”
In their rebuttal, Ferrer’s lawyers further contend that Baldoni’s subpoena was overly broad and unnecessary, accusing him of making “no effort to tailor” it to new information. They maintain the filings are “transparent efforts to exert pressure” on the 24-year-old actress.
Ferrer’s legal team is now asking the court to not only reject Baldoni’s motion but also impose sanctions against him.
Neither Ferrer nor Baldoni’s representatives have commented publicly on the matter.
Meanwhile, Lively, 37, is moving forward with her lawsuit against Baldoni, 41, alleging she experienced sexual harassment during production of the film.
