The renowned economist and speaker Gisela Rojas stood out at the World Congress of Women Leaders 2025 at Harvard University, where she delivered a powerful presentation on business, credit, and real estate to Hispanic leaders from around the world.

(Miami, FL — May 1, 2025) – Harvard University was a place of inspiration, empowerment, and transformative vision during the 5th World Congress of Women Leaders, led by PhD Roselin Cabrales. Economist and finance and real estate expert Gisela Rojas was one of the key figures. Born in Venezuela, based in Florida, and a Harvard alumna, Rojas shared her experience and knowledge in a compelling lecture titled “Power Triangle: Business, Credit & Real Estate,” designed to boost economic growth and financial independence for the Latino community.
During her talk, Rojas not only offered practical strategies for building financial stability but also moved the audience with her personal story of overcoming obstacles—showing that no challenge is too great when knowledge, determination, and purpose come together.
“We Latinos have the talent and strength to succeed; we just need access to financial education and the confidence that it can be done,” Rojas said. She has dedicated her career to financially empowering the Hispanic community in the United States and Latin America.
Her commitment has taken her to international stages, including Colombia, Spain, and Peru, and recently to Mexico with Robert Kiyosaki, author of the bestseller Rich Dad, Poor Dad, with whom she shares initiatives and a mission to transform financial mindsets among Latinos.
The year 2024 was impactful for Rojas, and her work continues in 2025 with a strong mission: to provide real financial tools so more Latinos can achieve economic freedom, build wealth, and ensure lasting well-being for their families.

Her participation at Harvard reaffirms her place as one of the most influential voices in current Hispanic financial leadership, and her message continues to inspire thousands to take control of their economic future with vision, strategy, and empowerment.
Gisela will continue educating Latinos and will be presenting on May 3 and 4 at the CIRCUM Conference in Lima, Peru, continuing her mission to elevate opportunities for Latinos worldwide.
