Orlando Bloom Closes $7M Sale on Beverly Hills Mansion

Orlando Bloom has officially parted ways with his Beverly Hills estate, closing a $7 million deal that comes on the heels of his separation from singer Katy Perry earlier this summer. The property, which sold within weeks of being listed, drew immediate attention for its modern renovations and prime location.

The 48-year-old actor’s former residence sits in Trousdale Estates, one of Los Angeles’ most exclusive neighborhoods and a favorite among celebrities — even gaining recent screen time on Selling Sunset.

A-List Location with Star Power

Jason Oppenheim of The Oppenheim Group, who represented Bloom, praised the address as “the best street in Trousdale.” The enclave, neighboring the famous Bird Streets, has long been synonymous with Hollywood prestige.

The house, originally built in 1959, was reimagined by acclaimed Mexican architect Miguel Angel Aragonés before Bloom purchased it. The Pirates of the Caribbean star then spent more than 18 months fine-tuning the design to reflect his own style.

Resort-Style Design and Upgrades

Among the upgrades was a dramatic zero-edge pool framed by an ipe wood deck, complemented with built-in seating and a modern fire feature. Expansive glass sliders connect the pool area seamlessly to the interiors, creating an indoor-outdoor flow ideal for Southern California living.

Inside, Bloom reworked the kitchen into an open-plan concept, bringing in Poliform finishes from Italy and outfitting the home with eco-friendly LED lighting.

A Primary Suite with Retreat Vibes

The primary bedroom was remodeled to provide direct pool access, along with custom closets and a spa-like bathroom. The ensuite features a wet room, soaking tub, and private patio, elevating the retreat-like atmosphere.

Midcentury Inspiration with a Modern Twist

A highlight of the property is the sunken living room conversation pit, an ode to classic midcentury design. With its plush built-in seating, the space offers both retro charm and cozy functionality.

Bloom had first attempted to sell the home in 2019 at a $9 million price point before removing it from the market. Its recent $7 million closing not only marks a significant real estate move but also signals a new chapter for the actor as he steps forward from his high-profile romance.
